moodboard gets fresh for its creativity
moodboard scooped a gold award for Best B2B website at this year’s Fresh Creative awards.
This follows previous industry acclaim – including site of the week on CSSimport.com and CSSbeauty.com - and extremely positive reviews for its creativity and functionality.
The site, created by Manchester digital agency Code Computerlove, was soft launched in August 2007 (followed by a full launch early October) and has already attracted 70,000 visitors, (50,000 unique), 250,000 page views, more than 1000 registered users and more than 100 orders.
moodboard challenges traditional stock shot suppliers by providing standout, better quality images and enhanced usability. moodboard is the first to offer drag and drop lightbox functionality. It has been well received by the image industry with branding and creative approach leading to a distribution deal with Corbis in the US.
Code is implementing PPC activity, SEO and a banner advertising campaign for the site. The agency has also designed e-shots that have been issued to photographers and creative directors to raise awareness of the site. And Code are also running online adverts on the creative industry portal www.creativematch.co.uk.
