The Smalls is a newly launched competition celebrating the enormous creative possibilities offered by the latest generation of MP3 players and mobile phones.
Open to both professionals and students, it's about celebrating big ideas, not big budgets, say the organisers.
The only requirements are that entries are no more than 3 minutes long and represent an interpretation of the inaugural theme “Moving”.
The favourite entries, as selected by a panel of judges from the worlds of TV, Film and Advertising, will win the first annual Smalls Awards, presented on September 27. A selection of the best films will be shown to the public at The Smalls Showcase on September 27 and 28.
The Smalls is organised by devilfish, a London-based creative and design agency in association with The London Design Festival and E-CR.
The deadline for entries is Wednesday, September 6.
