Integrated agency Touch DDB has expanded its client services team with the appointment of former archibald ingall stretton…account director Katie Baker. It is the first in a string of significant appointments the agency is making, bringing its head count to 45.
Baker joins Touch DDB from Cherry London, where she ran the Superdrug account, delivering its multi-media campaign. Prior to this she was account director at AIS, responsible for the EDF Energy and WRAP accounts. She began her career training at LIDA as an account manager working on the MG Rover account.
Baker, who has eight years of industry experience, has specific expertise towards clients in the not for profit and telecommunications sectors. She has also worked for brands including Vodafone and Barnardo’s. At Touch DDB Baker will bring this valuable experience to bear on the Philips and Johnson & Johnson accounts.
Victoria Fox, managing director at Touch DDB said: “This appointment continues our expansion plans for the new year. With Katie and a few other significant appointments we will announce, Touch DDB will be ready for new challenges in 2010.”
