Creative Communications agency Silver Chair has been appointed to deliver a revitalised web site presence and integrated marketing campaign for one of the UK’s fastest growing leisure chains.

Urban Inns, launched in 2007 is giving an exciting and contemporary makeover to the much loved classic British inn by offering stylish accommodation, exclusively UK sourced and prepared food and absolute value for money.

The Urban Inns concept hopes to eradicate the bland hotel experience often experienced by business and leisure travellers, where value has in the past met with lack of imagination and hospitality mediocrity.

To help drive reservations for the new business, which is in the process of acquiring traditional inn-style locations to add to its portfolio, Silver Chair will be responsible for up-grading the organisation’s web-site interface and navigation. It will have a more dynamic look - giving a sleeker, modern experience while reflecting the truly historic and homely tradition of a British inn.

Furthermore, the new site will be capable of integrating with a number of ambitious digital campaigns, which will include banner advertising and e-mail marketing. Social marketing and cutting edge, mobile technologies will also form part of Urban Inn’s future marketing strategy.

Using its comprehensive toolbox of marketing services Silver Chair has considerable expertise and strategic knowledge within the integrated and digital arena. The agency, Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire is proving repeatedly to its broad base of public and private sector clients, that appointing a smaller localised agency can offer considerable benefits over bigger, less personal agencies.
