As I sat in the airport last week I lost count of the number of Millennials living the dream ‘Sun’s out; Guns out’; as already a little tipsy, they eagerly waited for their flight to Ibiza or wherever young people go these days. I was also struck by the amount of ‘ink’ they were all wearing – not just the odd tattoo of an anchor on the forearm – literally whole sleeves, backs and thighs of beautifully crafted Arabic symbols, ornate images, Maori art and, I suspect, the now much regretted name of an ex-girlfriend or two. But it was one tattoo in particular that caught my attention. This fella clearly had a very strong affinity to ‘Three’ the mobile phone provider. Which got me thinking…
