Digital agency TMB hosted a highly successful enewsletter workshop on May 16th specifically to help Dorset-based charities get more from their email marketing.
Both the morning and afternoon sessions were fully booked for the free workshops hosted by eMarketing Consultant Dominic Yeadon. There were a wide range of charities in attendance; Dorset Blind Association, Shine Cancer Support, The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation, Bournemouth Society for the Visually Impaired, Woofability, Diverse Abilities Plus, About Face, Macmillan Caring Locally and The Butterfly Foundation.
Dominic commented; “To celebrate the recent launch of TMB’s new broadcasting platform newsMailr, all charities who attended were given with their own newsMailr account to communicate with their supporters as often as they wish; for life. We know how difficult it is for charities to stretch their budgets for things like this, so felt it was only right that these people are given free accounts so they can continue to do what they do best.”
John Andrews, Chairman of the Dorset Blind Association commented; “A big thank you from the Dorset Blind Association for the time TMB spared organising and running the excellent workshop on enewsletters today. We certainly found it useful and look forward to using the software that you have kindly given us all.”
Jeanette McGrick from Macmillan Caring Locally says; “Thank you so much, I found the workshop extremely useful and made lots of inspiring notes on tips for making my rather boring newsletters look and sound much more exciting which will be much more interesting to the recipients.”
