The first e-newsletter broadcast by TMB on behalf of the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation was a huge success and achieved a record open rate of 33.84% and a record clickthrough of 43.58%.
As TMB’s charity of the year, the JTYAF has received a year’s worth of free email marketing, the first of which was sent last week. The average open and click rate for email newsletters is around 19% so the JTYAF numbers were well above average.
Secretary of the charity Linda Thornton commented; “We're absolutely delighted with the success of our first monthly e-newsletter and the information available at the TMB Report Centre is very easily accessible and extremely useful. To be able to see which articles were viewed the most is helping to inform and improve our future editions. We are so grateful to TMB for this fabulous opportunity.”
E-marketing Consultant Dominic Yeadon commented; “Many of our clients see incredible value in us managing their email broadcasts for them.
