Production manager

Manages production of a variety of projects. Duties include project planning, workflow management, vendor negotiations, print buying, cost control, quality control, logistical co-ordination and press checks. Often supervises traffic co-ordinators and print buyers; may manage small design studio. Requires familiarity with design applications and should have project management experience. Alternative titles include: traffic manager, print/art buyer, print producer.
