To give you inspiration and motivation, we invite you to take up the challenge and interpret our monthly themes. However loosely interpreted, however obscure the connection, get those creative juices flowing and show us what you can do.

This is not compulsory, and you can submit your work with your own brief, if you like, but we can't help but be influenced when it comes to scoring the first of the three criteria. Sample images by Ian Cartwright (one of our judges) are not an indication of what we are looking for, so let's see your own ideas.
