Magazine front cover on theme of school holidays. My brief was to create a colourful and lighthearted illustration about the school holidays. I chose to show schoolchildren escaping from thier homework and having adventures in a whimsical and dream-like atmosphere. I wanted to capture the feeling of freedom and endless possibilities associated with the school holidays. A mixed-media piece created with paint, pencil, photography and photoshop.
